CiniVai Terms of Service & Copyright (DMCA) Policy

1. Platform Nature and Aggregator Disclaimer

CINIVAI is a pure technological infrastructure provider and decentralized marketplace aggregator. CINIVAI owns no physical or digital production studios, produces no proprietary entertainment content, and exercises zero initial manual or editorial curation over the files uploaded to our network. We provide hosting, a closed-loop credit wallet, and direct storefront plumbing. All creative output, metadata, descriptions, pricing, and project executions are the sole responsibility of the independent creators running their respective studios.

2. Intellectual Property and Input Ownership Rules

Creators retain 100% ownership of the original intellectual property (IP) they distribute through CINIVAI. However, by uploading content (including movies, audiobooks, songs, podcasts, and prompt bundles), the creator explicitly warrants that they hold all legal rights, permissions, and licenses for the underlying inputs used to generate, train, or render the asset.

The unauthorized use of copyright-protected assets, including but not limited to unlicensed voice-cloning of real artists, celebrities, or individuals without explicit written consent, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

3. Copyright Infringement & Safe Harbor (DMCA) Takedown Policy

CINIVAI operates as a service provider under global safe harbor doctrines (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act / DMCA and the European Digital Services Act). If you believe that your protected work has been copied, cloned, or distributed on cinivai.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must submit a formal Takedown Notice to our designated agent via email at: legal@cinivai.com.

Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Direct identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The specific URL(s) on cinivai.com where the allegedly infringing material is hosted.
• Your contact details (email, address, and telephone number).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.

4. Automatic Enforcement and Escrow Freezes

Upon receipt of a valid, credible copyright notice, CINIVAI's automated guardrail systems will instantly restrict access to the flagged content, disable its playback functionality, and place an immediate freeze on all pending, unwithdrawn ledger credits generated by that asset.

The uploading creator will be notified immediately and given a window to submit a formal Counter-Notice. Frozen credit balances will remain securely locked in escrow until the dispute is mutually settled, legally arbitrated, or resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction.

5. Credit Ecosystem & Financial Liabilities

CINIVAI operates on a closed-loop credit model. One credit acts as a platform unit with a baseline value of $1 USD. Credit purchases processed via third-party partners are structural acquisitions of platform utility and are non-refundable once distributed or spent on a creator's assets.

CINIVAI provides the escrow and ledger engine for independent Crowdfunding campaigns but maintains zero oversight over production milestones. Users back independent crowdfunding campaigns entirely at their own economic discretion and risk.
